Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Livio live tracking application, our website and related services (the "Service"), provided by Livio, a product of Passion For Sports BV ("Livio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- "User", "you" – any person who uses the Service.
- "Account" – the personal account you create to use the Service.
- "Content" – any data, location information, results or material made available through the Service.
2. The Service
Livio provides live location tracking, event participation and results functionality for sporting and other events. We may add, change or remove features at any time to improve the Service.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Location tracking
The Service relies on access to your device's location. By enabling tracking, you consent to the collection and sharing of your real-time location as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disable location sharing at any time through your device or app settings, though this may limit core functionality.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- impersonate another person or provide false information;
- interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
- copy, scrape, resell or commercially exploit the Service or its data without our permission;
- upload harmful, offensive or infringing content.
6. Accuracy of tracking and results
Location, timing and results data are provided on a "best-efforts" basis and may be affected by GPS accuracy, device performance, connectivity and other factors. Livio does not guarantee that tracking or results are error-free, complete or suitable for official ranking or timing purposes unless expressly stated.
7. Fees and payments

8. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data you provide. By using the Service, you grant us the right to use that data as necessary to operate the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livio is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage, loss of data, or loss arising from inaccurate tracking or results, interruptions, or your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and close your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where required by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available here. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
